Our Home Reversion plan calculator above allows you to see roughly how much you may be able to receive using a plan. Please see our Home Reversion Plans page explaining how these plans work and what they involve.
The maximum amounts that Home Reversion plan applicants can borrow changes frequently. How much you may be eligible to receive depends on your own circumstances. Therefore, please use the ‘Contact Me’ button and Andy will be in touch to discuss exactly what may be available.
The maximum sum may be higher if you do not enjoy perfect health. For applicants with potentially life-limiting illnesses the amount could be higher, depending on the severity of the illnesses suffered.
The results from this calculator are therefore only a guide. Your own circumstances could change the amount you may be offered. You do not have to take the maximum available, and alternative arrangements such as using a part of your property may be more suitable for you.
A valuation of your property will be carried out before an offer can be made.
Before proceeding with a Home Reversion Plan you should always read through your Key Facts Illustration (KFI) before you make a decision. This will include an accurate statement of the costs involved.
EQUITY RELEASE MAY REQUIRE A LIFETIME MORTGAGE OR HOME REVERSION PLAN. TO UNDERSTAND THE FEATURES AND RISKS, ASK FOR A PERSONALISED ILLUSTRATION.
