Coronavirus Covid-19

At the time of writing, and with the number of cases of Coronavirus Covid-19 increasing rapidly, our team is now self-isolating and working from our respective homes. It therefore makes sense for Andy Wilson Financial Services to temporarily suspend face-to-face client meetings for the safety of our clients and ourselves. Our older Equity Release clients in particular need to be shielded from possible contact with the illness.
Consequently, from 23rd March 2020 we have decided to only conduct client meetings of any sort using technology such as phone calls, emails or video calling services such as Facetime, Zoom, Whatsapp and Facebook Messenger. Most people have access to at least one of these and whilst it may seem alien and unfamiliar, it is relatively straightforward to set up and conduct a ‘virtual’ meeting using only your phone, tablet or laptop.
It isn’t the same as face-to-face but difficult times need special measures, and we will use our skill and experience to patiently and diligently take you through everything you need to know.
We are therefore very much ‘open for business’, but only in a virtual sense! If you wish to discuss any aspect of mortgages or equity release and how we can help with both areas, whilst you stay in the comfort and security of your own home, please give us a call. Lines are still very much manned, and all calls and emails will be answered as soon as possible.
Stay safe, but don’t feel you need to stay away, in spirit at least! We will do all we can to help you.
Thank you.
Andy Wilson, Managing Director
