NEW MORTGAGE ADVISER

We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Mortgage Adviser, Steve Taylor.

Steve Taylor – Mortgage Advisor – Andy Wilson Financial Services.

Steve joins us following 17 years with a Leicestershire mortgage practice, and prior to that 25 years with the Halifax. As a result, he is very experienced in the provision of ethical and professional mortgage advice, and all associated insurances.

However, Steve was for many years  Halifax branch manager. He therefore understands aspects of the mortgage world most homeowners will never see. This includes legal queries, arrears management, and resolving client financial issues. In particular, he knows what the lenders are looking for in their ideal mortgage customers. Steve can then present mortgage applications in the best possible light to achieve success.

Steve is bringing many of his past clients with him, and will be servicing their needs in addition to new clients. Working from his office in Branston, near Lincoln, Steve is also able to visit clients in their own home if preferred.

All of our advisers have come through the ranks of large UK financial banks and building societies. We believe that such a solid grounding in mortgages, followed  by many years of advising as independent advisers, gives us a very dependable approach to our role in helping clients with their mortgage needs.
