The maximum amounts that Lifetime Mortgage applicants can borrow changes frequently. If you wish to know how much you may be eligible to borrow given your own circumstances, please use the ‘Contact Me’ button and Andy will be in touch to discuss exactly what may be available.
A Lifetime Mortgage is a special type of mortgage available to homeowners over 55 years of age. The mortgage is only repayable if the applicants leave the property – so it genuinely can run ‘for life’.
Use our Lifetime Mortgage calculator to see how much you might be able to release from your property. The results assume you will use all of your property, but the amounts will be roughly pro-rata if you use a smaller proportion. The illustrated figures are for ‘roll-up’ lifetime mortgages only. ‘Interest-paid’ loans and those plans offering other features may produce a lower maximum amount.
Enter your age (both ages if there are two of you) and the estimated property value, then press “Calculate” to determine the possible maximum release you may receive on a Lifetime Mortgage.
Please note these figures are intended as a guide only and are not guaranteed. The calculator is further complicated if you do not enjoy perfect health. For those applicants with potentially life limiting illnesses the amount could be higher, depending on the severity of the illnesses suffered. You may be offered more or less than the figures shown. A valuation of your property will be needed to confirm any offer.

EQUITY RELEASE MAY REQUIRE A LIFETIME MORTGAGE OR HOME REVERSION PLAN. TO UNDERSTAND THE FEATURES AND RISKS, ASK FOR A PERSONALISED ILLUSTRATION.
