Meetings for mortgage advice are held at our offices in North Hykeham, just south of Lincoln, where on-site parking is provided; however for equity release advice Andy will always visit potential clients in their own home. All initial meetings are at our expense, not yours, and you are not obliged to proceed any further. However, we cannot make any financial arrangements for you ‘at a distance’ and a face to face meting will always be required for our mutual benefit and protection.
EQUITY RELEASE MAY REQUIRE A LIFETIME MORTGAGE OR HOME REVERSION PLAN. TO UNDERSTAND THE FEATURES AND RISKS, ASK FOR A PERSONALISED ILLUSTRATION.
MOST FORMS OF BUY TO LET MORTGAGE ARE NOT REGULATED BY THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY.
