Andy Wilson – Founder & Equity Release Specialist

Andy started the business in 2011 following a lengthy career advising on mortgages and equity release, and managing a mortgage team of advisers. At that time Andy still had hair.

Now advising solely on Equity Release and later life lending, and painfully aware he is approaching the ages of many of his older clients, Andy travels across the UK to meet people looking to better understand their options to release money from their homes. Although based in Lincoln - the centre of the Universe - his work has taken him to the Isle of Wight, Cornwall and Devon, South Wales, the North West, the Scottish Borders, Newcastle and all across the Midlands. 

Andy’s early career as a fashion model was short lived, although he still gets requests to do cardigan and knitwear shoots. 

Tina Wilson - Co-Director & Office Manager

Tina - Andy's long suffering wife -  keeps the whole operation running smoothly - which is no small task when she’s also keeping Andy, Robert and Steve in line. She looks after the administration, finances and client updates, and is our queen of creative budgeting – if there’s a way to get the rest of the team to hand deliver letters rather than spend money on postage, or track down missing paperwork with the persuasive powers of Attila The Hun, she’ll do it.  

She’s the calm centre of the business, even when the phones, lenders and advisers all decide to misbehave at once.

Tina spends much of her spare time encouraging her and Andy’s five children to have more babies to add to their six grandchildren. 

Robert Drury - Mortgage Specialist

Robert joined the team in 2019 after years with big name lenders like NatWest, Santander and Britannia. He handles most of our new mortgage clients and has a knack for turning what feels like financial chaos into calm clarity. 

Friendly, patient and unflappable, Robert can explain the most complex mortgage in plain English. A loyal Lincoln City FC supporter and rock fan, Robert never misses a chance to see Def Leppard live - proof that good taste and loud guitars can coexist. Robert also enjoys cycling and cooking, though rarely at the same time.

Robert works from and meets clients in his home office in Skellingthorpe, on the western edge of Lincoln.

Steve Taylor - Mortgage Specialist

Based on Lincoln’s High Street, Steve brings over 40 years of experience in banking and mortgage advice - though he insists he started very young. Having helped hundreds of clients into new homes, he’s the voice of quiet reassurance and practical sense.

Steve’s clients trust him because he listens, explains clearly, and never forgets that mortgages are about people, not paperwork.

Steve enjoys attending music concerts, including 80s rock bands, and refusing to accept that the 80s were more than just a few years ago. He swears it is for the nostalgia, not the leather trousers.
