About The Team
Established in 2011, the company was set up by Andy Wilson, an experienced and well qualified financial adviser.
Andy was born and grew up in Lincoln and now has over 39 years’ experience in financial services. After 8 years with the Halifax, in 1987 he joined a well known and respected Independent Financial Adviser company in Lincoln. He successfully managed the mortgage department for many years as Director of Mortgage Services.
In addition to his expert mortgage knowledge Andy has developed a quality advice service in the growing Equity Release market.
Andy also holds nationally recognised professional qualifications including:
- The Personal Finance Society’s Diploma in Financial Planning
- The Chartered Institute of Bankers Associateship qualification
- The Institute of Financial Services Certificates in Mortgages
- The Institute of Financial Services Certificates in Regulated Equity Release
Following seven years of growth in the business, Andy was joined in January 2019 by specialist mortgage adviser Robert Drury. Robert has taken over the provision of mortgage advice for new clients. This follows a lengthy background in this area, having previously worked for Nat West, Santander and the Britannia Building Society.
Working alongside Andy and Robert is Tina, who is a co-Director and Andy’s wife. Tina handles much of the administration and finances of the business. She also keeps clients informed of the progress of their cases, and deals with mortgage lenders, solicitors, insurance companies and estate agents.
Tina also controls the company credit card; if Andy or Robert need anything then Tina is always on hand to explain how they can manage without it.

The team works together in offices in North Hykeham, near Lincoln, where free parking is available on site for visitors. Ordinarily, all clients are seen face to face, with all mortgage business conducted in our offices. Equity Release clients are ordinarily visited by Andy in their own homes across the UK. However, during the uncertain times caused by the Coronavirus Covid-19, we are temporarily suspending all client meetings face to face and have switched to conducting such meetings using technology such as Facetime, Whatsapp video, Zoom video and Facebook Messenger.
