As first time buyers, we thought it would be quite an overwhelming and complicated process, however Robert explained everything and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When reviewing potential deals, he allowed us to make our decisions, but advised of which ones would be most suited to us. Andy sorted my first mortgage for me over 40 years ago and when cicumstances required a re-mortgage, he was the first person I thought of. By then he had set up on his own and his affable, professional but warmly personal approach means I've stuck with him throughout. More recently, I've needed him again and he came to my house to explain the Equity Release options and brought Robert with him to explain a more traditional mortgage. They were both great - explaining all the pro's and con's of each approach for me in my individual circumstances.
