As first time buyers, we thought it would be quite an overwhelming and complicated process, however Robert explained everything and answered all of our questions thoroughly. When reviewing potential deals, he allowed us to make our decisions, but advised of which ones would be most suited to us. He produced documents and gave us updates quickly and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.
