We needed to remortgage a property in order to complete our new build. The circumstances were slightly unusual meaning our bank would not help. Robert was great, he gave us a coffee, made us feel relaxed and went through everything. After that everything was completed remotely and the process was smooth even if a little lengthy due to our circumstances.
